Jeff Bezos’ rocket isn’t going to be taking to the skies just yet.

In the early hours of Monday morning Blue Origin announced that New Glenn, a reusable rocket set to launch from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida, would not be going anywhere today due to a « vehicle subsystem issue ».

« We’re standing down on today’s launch attempt to troubleshoot a vehicle subsystem issue that will take us beyond our launch window, » reads the post. « We’re reviewing opportunities for our next launch attempt. »

New Glenn’s launch had already been pushed back several times before the announcement. The rocket would have been Blue Origin’s first to reach orbit, with a reusable booster aiming to land on a platform in the Atlantic.
