SAVE 45%: As of Oct. 12, the Google Nest Hub (2nd Gen) is on sale for just $54.98 at Walmart as part of its Rollbacks and More sale. That’s $45 in savings and just shy of its lowest price ever.
Amazon might be in the spotlight right now with its Prime Early Access Sale, but it’s not the only retailer with massive markdowns. Walmart’s Rollbacks and More event is still live and there are plenty of gems yet to be uncovered.
Case in point: the Google Nest Hub (2nd Gen) is on sale for just $54.98 as of Oct. 12 at Walmart — that’s 45% off its usual $100 price tag and just a couple bucks short of its all-time low price. You can find a similar deal at Best Buy and Google, but you’ll save an extra cent if you pick it up at Walmart. Every penny counts, right? At the time of writing, we couldn’t find a deal on the Nest Hub at Amazon at all. That’s one point for Walmart.
The 2nd Gen Nest Hub is a more affordable, yet upgraded version of the original Nest Hub. It includes speakers that pack a bigger punch, a machine-learning chip to speed up Google Assistant’s response time, and a cool-but-creepy Sleep Sense feature. Overall, former Mashable tech reporter Brenda Stolyar dubbed it an « excellent and affordable follow-up to Google’s older, non-sleep-tracking model. »
The seven-inch touchscreen display isn’t necessarily the best size for streaming Netflix, but it’ll do fine for video calls and watching YouTube clips. It’s also better suited for your nightstand or dresser, rather than a public place like the living room. It comes in chalk, charcoal, mist, and sand — all of which are (surprisingly) currently sitting at $54.98 at Walmart.
