After that shocking cliffhanger, House of the Dragon is finally flying back on to our screens, with HBO releasing two trailers intended to make fans choose a side.
The second release of trailers since the first official look at Season 2 teases civil war between the Black Council, under the command of Rhaenyra Targaryen (Emma D’Arcy), and the Green Council, led by Alicent Hightower (Olivia Cooke), the latter of whom sees her son Aegon (Tom Glynn-Carney) sitting on the Iron Throne.
You could watch the Black trailer above which favours Rhaenyra or you could watch the Green trailer below to side with Alicent. And here’s hoping our burning questions are answered in Season 2.
House of the Dragon Season 2 is streaming on Max on June 16.
